Social Justice Presentation: Dr. Owen Cardwell

This term’s Mid-Semester Residency Social Justice Presenter is Dr. Owen Cardwell, a graduate of our Ph.D. program who was part of the MLK Specialization. Dr. Cardwell’s presentation, “The Heroic Journey as GPS” will draw on his dissertation research, including how his work with adolescent African American boys and African American males in prison led to and connected with his dissertation, the role of narrative in inquiry and practice, leadership theory, and connections of his work to the King legacy.
