Mental Health Workshop – Parenting through COVID-19: Tips on Raising Resilient Kids in the Trauma Era

In this workshop, you will discuss the challenges of parenting children through the chaos of COVID-19. Strategies of how to take parental self-care and simultaneously create resiliency plans for your kid(s) will be presented. Parenting is not an easy job, so learn some tools to add to your toolbox as you tackle one of the hardest jobs there is possible… parenting when the world is in crisis.
