Tiara Clark

Tiara holds a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictive Studies from Union Institute and University. Tiara also holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Tiara is also an Educator/Liaison for the Federal McKinney Vento Act at Cincinnati Public Schools.
