Mental Health Workshop – The Grip of Grief during the Holidays: Strategies for Managing Mental Health while Grieving

In this workshop, you will learn about primary and secondary grief. You will identify healthy coping mechanisms that assist with dealing with grief, as well as preventative strategies of long-term depression as a result of your profound loss. While grief has the tendency to take so much, you will also learn the “gifts” of navigating through grief journey.
